We make this a declaration each night over our home and family. I have altered it to make it personal but not added to or taken away from its meaning.
Psalm 91:1-16 (NLT2)
1 Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 This I declare about the LORD: He alone is our refuge, our place of safety; He is our God, and we trust Him.
3 For He will rescue us from every trap and protect us from deadly disease.
4 He will cover us with His feathers. He will shelter us with His wings. His faithful promises are our armor and protection.
5 We will not be afraid of the terrors of the night, nor the arrow that flies in the day.
6 We will not dread the disease that stalks in darkness, nor the disaster that strikes at midday.
7 Though a thousand fall at our side, though ten thousand are dying around us, these evils will not touch us.
8 We will just open our eyes, and see how the wicked are punished.
9 Because we made the LORD our refuge, because we made the Most High our shelter,
10 no evil will conquer us; no plague will come near our home.
11 For He will order His angels to protect us wherever we go.
12 They will hold us up with their hands so we won’t even hurt our foot on a stone.
13 We will trample upon lions and cobras; we will crush fierce lions and serpents under our feet!
14 The LORD says, “I will rescue those who love Me. I will protect those who trust in My name.
15 When they call on Me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honor them.
16 I will reward them with a long life and give them My salvation.”
(Yeshua means salvation)
AN AUDIENCE OF ONE
I just have to share this wonderful testimony from our last Shabbat Service! As some of you know, When Ashley went into the hospital in Dec. 2019, she had to come home on a vent and she had to have a different trache because of that… sooo she is not able to make sounds, talking or singing! She has been praying for her voice back! We are believing & agreeing with her! Now fast forward to last service… she was feeling good and I began to sing acapella, some songs she knew real well. She closed her eyes and began to mouth the words! I loved it but still was not the same as hearing her! After a little while, one of Jeff’s Aunts, Sue, asked if she could say something and the following is her statement… Ashley has a voice that God is hearing right now! She is singing for an audience of one! WOW! Did that ever stop all of us and we began to give God Glory! He’s still working on her but He wanted her to just sing to Him that day! Makes this Mama’s heart so happy! Keep decreeing the full manifestation but for now, He is hearing her and soon, I think He will say, Hey everybody, it’s time for all to hear her and know how Great is her God! Much Love to all!
